A video look back at Eddie Guerrero

Eddie and Tajiri win the WWE Tag Team Championship
Los Guerreros had lost the WWE Tag Team Championship, and Eddie wanted to invoke his rematch clause. Chavo had suffered an injury that kept him out of action, but instead of forfeiting the match, Eddie recruited a new partner - Tajiri. To make matters even more interesting, the return match was a Ladder Match. This unique pairing proved to be quite formidable as they overcame Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas to win the WWE Tag Team Championship. WATCH

Eddie and Mr. McMahon in a lowrider
Eddie Guerrero was not afraid to show off his Latino Heat. And part of that trademark Latino Heat was coming to the ring in flashy lowriders. Eddie would come to the ring in a new lowrider week after week. And he wasn't afraid to share his sweet wheels either. He even let Mr. McMahon ride shotgun with him on an edition of SmackDown. WATCH

Eddie wins the ECW Television Championship
Eddie gained his first major U.S. exposure while a member of the ECW roster. On April 8, 1995, he won his first major title in the States when he defeated Scorpio for the ECW Television Championship. WATCH

WWE Superstars congratulate Eddie on his victory
After winning the WWE Championship, many of Eddie's close friends were there to celebrate with him. Afterwards, Eddie called wife Vickie to thank her for always being by his side and supporting him, sharing the joy of the moment with her as well. WATCH

Los Guerreros: They Lie, Cheat and Steal
In the summer and fall of 2002, Eddie Guerrero & nephew Chavo teamed up as Los Guerreros, capturing the WWE Tag Team Championship at Survivor Series. The duo's motto was "Lie, Cheat and Steal." During their time together, Eddie & Chavo appeared in several video segments which depicted how they lived up to that credo. They told the world that if "you're not cheating, you're not trying" and did their best to live up to that belief in and out of the ring. WATCH

Growing up Guerrero
Eddie Guerrero was born in 1967 as the youngest child of Mexican wrestling legend Gory Guerrero. From birth, it was Eddie's destiny to follow in his father's legendary footsteps. Eddie honed his craft any chance he got, whether it was with his lder brothers and friends in the ring in his backyard or with nephew Chavo in the ring during intermission of Gory's shows. WATCH

March 14, 2004 - Eddie & Chris Benoit celebrate their success
At WrestleMania XX, Eddie Guerrero successfully defended the WWE Championship against Kurt Angle. After Chris Benoit defeated Triple H and Shawn Michaels in the main event to capture the World Heavyweight Championship, Guerrero came down to the ring to celebrate with his close friend. Eddie applauded Benoit and the two embraced, holding their championships high to a huge ovation from the sold-out crowd. WATCH

Eddie vs. The Monkey
As a young child, Eddie would imagine the family carpet was a wrestling ring and the couch was the top rope. Picturing the stands full of adoring fans, Eddie would battle his rival, which was a little stuffed monkey. But on this occasion, the monkey (controlled by cousin Javier) had quite a bite. WATCH

In my opinion like i said on the main page for me wrestling will never be the same wihtout eddie. he made us laugh and havea good time wtaching him wrestle the way he cheated and the way he stole. EDDIE WE WILL LOVE YOU AND FOR THOSE WHOSE DREAMS WERE TO MEET EDDIE WHO KNOES MAYBE U WILL. IN HEAVEN! RIP EDDIE!!
